Have you wondered why Barack Hussein Obama has insisted that the U.S. Attorney General hold the trials for the 911 Murdering Muslims Terrorists in Civilian Courts as Common Criminals instead of as Terrorists who attacked the United States of America?

Think about this:

If the Muslim Terrorists are tried in Military Tribunals, convicted, and sentenced to DEATH by the Military Tribunal, BY LAW of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, as President of the United States, would be required to SIGN their Death Warrants before they could be EXECUTED.  He would not be required to sign the death warrants if sentenced to death by a Civilian Court.

Think about the Muslim Jihadist, Major Hassan who slaughtered his fellow soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas.  Major Hassan did not want to go to Afghanistan and be a part of anything that could lead to the deaths of fellow Muslims.  He stated that Muslims could not and should not KILL FELLOW  MUSLIMS.

Is the motive for Barack Hussein Obama’s decision to make sure he doesn’t have to sign the death warrants for the Muslim Terrorists? Why would he, as President of the United States, not want to sign the death warrants for Muslim Terrorists who attacked the United States and MURDERED over 3,000 innocent  United States Citizens on 911? Could it be that he is FORBIDDEN BY HIS RELIGION to have anything to do with the execution of Muslims?

Think about that!!!  Join me in opening our ears, eyes and minds to what THEIR President is doing.

SO, LET’S RECAP “2009″……what a year!

1. The American people inaugurate a half-arab president with a total of 142 days experience as a US Senator from the most politically corrupt state (city) in America whose governors have been ousted from office.

The President’s first official act is to order the close of Gitmo and make sure terrorists civil rights are not violated.
(honest mistake?)

2. The U.S. Congress rushes to confirm a black Attorney General, Eric Holder, whose law firm we later find out represents seventeen Gitmo Terrorists.
(An honest mistake?!)

3. The CIA Boss appointee, Leon Panetta, has absolutely no experience, has a daughter Linda, we find out, who is a true radical anti-American activist and a supporter of all the Anti-American regimes in the western hemisphere. (There were socio-economic factors involved!)

4. We got the second most corrupt American woman (Pelosi is #1) as Secretary of State; bought and paid for. (You can put lipstick on a pig, but it still stinks!)

5. We got a Tax Cheat for Treasury Secretary who did not properly file his own taxes for 12 years.
(He misspoke!)

6. A Commerce Secretary nominee who withdrew due to corruption charges.
(Another honest mistake???)

7. A Tax cheat nominee for Chief Performance Officer who withdrew under charges.
(Hmmm… another screw-up?)

8. A Labor Secretary nominee who withdrew under charges of unethical conduct.
(Ok, maybe this person was just plain stupid.)

9. A Secretary HHS nominee (Daschle) who withdrew under charges of cheating on his taxes.
(I’m running out of excuses for these idiots!!)

10. Multiple appointments of former lobbyists after an absolute campaign statement that no lobbyists would be appointed.
(Dear God, I am getting a headache!)

All this occurred just during the first three weeks. . . but who’s counting?

America is being run by the modern-day Three Stooges ; Barry, Nancy and Harry and they are still trying to define stimulus…”it’s spending!!!”

The congress passes the $800,000,000,000 (that’s $800 billion) pork-loaded spending bill where the government gives you a smidgen of your tax dollars ($13 per week), making you feel so good about yourself [stimulated], that you want to run out to Wal-Mart and buy a new Chinese-made HDTV and go home and watch Telemundo!

Only with the Liberals…

Pray for our country.

Here’s the good news though – Obama took Air Force One to Denver to sign the stimulus package, wasting as much as 10,000 gallons of fuel OR 24 JOBS FOR ONE YEAR.

Don’t you just love hypocrites?

Obama went to the International Olympic Committee to have them choose Chicago for a host city, he failed.

Obama went to Copenhagen to lecture them on global warming, he failed.

Obama went to new Jersey to promote the Democratic candidate for governor, he failed.

Obama went to Virginia to promote the Democratic candidate for governor, he failed.

Obama went to Massachusetts to promote the Democratic candidate for senator, he failed.

Speaking of praying, Obama has now been president for a full year and yet he & wife (first lady) Michelle, the Christian family they claim to be, have not attended church since the inauguration.

Obama is the 1st president in history who did not attend any Christmas religious observance.

He must miss Reverend Wright!

And finally, he is the 1st president to remain on vacation after a terrorist attack.

In these times ‘I’ll keep my God, my freedom, my gun and my money.

HARRY REID FURIOUS WITH MCCAIN

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he has been “shocked” at the behavior of John McCain since he returned to the Senate from his failed White House bid.

“My disappointment — no, that’s the wrong word,” Reid declared angrily. “I’ll try to find a better word. My amazement has been John McCain. I thought he’d turn out to be a statesman, work for things. He’s against everything. He’s against everything! He didn’t used to be against everything.”

Reid’s fury at McCain was revealed in an eye-opening article, titled “Harry Reid Is Complicated,” in The New York Times Magazine on Sunday.

Reid might strike some as a soft-spoken, amiable gentleman from a small Western town (Searchlight, Nev., population 798). But the analytical article presents the 70-year-old Democrat as anything but likeable, a blunt-talking politicians whose animosities go far beyond McCain.

Adam Nagourney, the Times’ chief national political correspondent, wrote the article, which also disclosed that:

• Reid “has a thing” about fat people, “manifested in asides to aides who seem to be getting portly and an office staff that is suspiciously thin.” When George W. Bush invited Reid for coffee in the Oval Office in the last weeks of his presidency, Bush’s dog walked in and Reid told the president: “Your dog is fat.”
• Reid readily admits that he called Bush a “liar” twice, and referred to him as a “loser” — in front of a high school civics class.
• Reid called angry protesters at town-hall meetings “evilmongers,” and said he has no regrets for referring to former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan as a “political hack.”
• When independent Democrat Joe Lieberman said he would not support the healthcare reform bill Reid was trying to pass in the Senate, Reid told associates: “He double-crossed me.” Lieberman disputes that he misled Reid.
• Reid demonstrated an apparent aversion to black people in comments he made about then-presidential candidate Barack Obama. He was quoted in a new book as saying that Obama could become America’s first black president because he was “light skinned” and had “no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one.” Reid apologized to President Obama for the remarks.

Reid has “an almost pathological propensity to say things that get him in trouble,” Nagourney observed.

The majority leader’s missteps have not been lost on Nevada voters: The Senate’s most powerful Democrat, who is up for re-election in November, is trailing his possible opponents badly in the polls.

A Rasmussen Report survey in mid-January found Reid earning just 36 percent of the vote against either of two top Republican challengers — down seven percentage points from a month earlier. Sue Lowden, former chairwoman of the Nevada GOP, drew 48 percent against Reid, and businessman Danny Tarkanian picked up 50 percent.

The poll also showed Reid trailing a third Republican contender, former Assemblywoman Sharron Angle, by four percentage points.
Rasmussen found that 47 percent of respondents have a “very unfavorable” opinion of Reid, and a survey by The Las Vegas Review-Journal disclosed that 52 percent of Nevadans view Reid unfavorably.

A more recent poll by Daily Kos/Research 2000 showed Reid trailing Tarkanian by 11 percentage points, and Lowden by nine.

THE SHOE BOMBER’S SENTENCING

Remember the guy who got on a plane with a bomb built into his shoe and tried to light it?

Did you know his trial is over?

Did you know he was sentenced?

Did you see/hear any of the judge’s comments on TV or Radio?

Didn’t think so.!!!

Everyone should hear what the judge had to say.

Ruling by Judge William Young, US District Court.

Prior to sentencing, the Judge asked the defendant if he had anything to say.  His response: After admitting his guilt to the court for the
record, Reid also admitted his ‘allegiance to Osama bin Laden, to Islam, and to the religion of Allah,’ defiantly stating, ‘I think I will not apologize for my actions,’ and told the court ‘I am at war with your country.’

Judge Young then delivered the statement quoted below:

January 30, 2003, United States vs. Reid.

Judge Young:   ‘Mr. Richard C. Reid, hearken now to the sentence the Court imposes upon you.

On counts 1, 5 and 6 the Court sentences you to life in prison in the custody of the United States Attorney General.  On counts 2, 3, 4 an d
7, the Court sentences you to 20 years in prison on each count, the sentence on each count to run consecutively.  (That’s 80 years.)

On count 8 the Court sentences you to the mandatory 30 years again, to be served consecutively to the 80 years just imposed.  The Court imposes upon you for each of the eight counts a fine of $250,000 .( that’s an aggregate fine of $2 million.)

The Court accepts the government’s recommendation with respect to restitution and orders restitution in the amount of $298.17 to Andre Bousquet and $5,784 to American Airlines.

The Court imposes upon you an $800 special assessment. The Court imposes upon you five years supervised release simply because the law
requires it. But the life sentences are real life sentences so I need go no further.

This is the sentence that is provided for by our statutes.  It is a fair and just sentence.  It is a righteous sentence.

Now, let me explain this to you.  We are not afraid of you or any of your terrorist co-conspirators, Mr. Reid.  We are Americans.  We have
been through the fire before.  There is too much war talk here and I say that to everyone with the utmost respect.  Here in this court, we
deal with individuals as individuals and care for individuals as individuals.  As human beings, we reach out for justice.

You are not an enemy combatant.  You are a terrorist. You are not a soldier in any war.  You are a terrorist.  To give you that reference,
to call you a soldier, gives you far too much stature. Whether the officers of government do it or your attorney does it, or if you think
you are a soldier, you are not—– you are a terrorist.  And we do not negotiate with terrorists.  We do not meet with terrorists.  We do
not sign documents with terrorists.  We hunt them down one by one and bring them to justice.

So war talk is way out of line in this court.  You are a big fellow. But you are not that big.  You’re no warrior.  I’ve known warriors.
You are a terrorist.  A species of criminal that is guilty of multiple attempted murders.  In a very real sense, State Trooper Santiago had
it right when you first were taken off that plane and into custody and you wondered where the press and the TV crews were, and he said:
‘You’re no big deal.’
You are no big deal.

What your able counsel and what the equally able United States attorneys have grappled with and what I have as honestly as I know how
tried to grapple with, is why you did something so horrific.  What was it that led you here to this courtroom today?

I have listened respectfully to what you have to say. And I ask you to search your heart and ask yourself what sort of unfathomable hate led
you to do what you are guilty and admit you are guilty of doing?  And, I have an answer for you.  It may not satisfy you, but as I search
this entire record, it comes as close to understanding as I know.

It seems to me you hate the one thing that to us is most precious. You hate our freedom.  Our individual freedom.  Our individual freedom to
live as we choose, to come and go as we choose, to believe or not believe as we individually choose.  Here, in this society, the very wind carries freedom.  It carries it everywhere from sea to shining sea.  It is because we prize individual freedom so much that you are here in this beautiful courtroom, so that everyone can see, truly see, that justice is administered fairly, individually, and discretely.  It is for freedom’s sake that your lawyers are striving so vigorously on your behalf, have filed appeals, will go on in their representation of you before other judges.

We Americans are all about freedom.  Because we all know that the way we treat you, Mr. Reid, is the measure of our own liberties.  Make no
mistake though.  It is yet true that we will bear any burden; pay any price, to preserve our freedoms.  Look around this courtroom.  Mark it
well.  The world is not going to long remember what you or I say here.
The day after tomorrow, it will be forgotten, but this, however, will long endure.

Here in this courtroom and courtrooms all across America , the American people will gather to see that justice, individual justice, justice, not war, individual justice is in fact being done.  The very President of the United States through his officers will have to come into courtrooms and lay out evidence on which specific matters can be judged and juries of citizens will gather to sit and judge that evidence democratically, to mold and shape and refine our sense of justice.

See that flag, Mr. Reid?  That’s the flag of the United States of America .  That flag will fly there long after this is all forgotten. That flag stands for freedom.  And it always will.
Mr. Custody Officer.  Stand him down.

So, how much of this Judge’s comments did we hear on our TV sets?  We

need more judges like Judge Young.  Pass this around.  Everyone should

and needs to hear what this fine judge had to say. Powerful words that

strike home..

The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new Virulent strain of Transmitted Disease.

The disease is contracted through ignorant, promiscuous, and irresponsible behavior. The

disease is called Gonorrhea Lectem and pronounced ”gonna re-elect them.”

Many victims contracted it in 2008, after having been “brainwashed” promised change and then screwed.  Naturalists and epidemiologists are

amazed at how widespread this disease has become since it is so easily cured….by voting out all incumbents!
